RETURN POLICY

Shop with confidence at the DTS Store. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any item you purchase from us please contact us immediately and our customer service team will gladly resolve your order. Every product of DTS merchandise we sell is backed by our 100% Money Back Guarantee but varies by item. Please note the following:

AUDIO DISCS
All unopened DVD-Audio Discs, 5.1 Music Discs and CD+DVD products purchased at store.dts.com may be returned for a full refund or exchange excluding all shipping costs for up to 30 days after delivery date. If you feel the product you purchased is defective, please contact us first. If we authorize a return or exchange (phone or email) we will issue you a return authorization number, (RA #) to ship the purchased product back to us at no charge. For exchanges, we will ship out a new product once the originally ordered product arrives at our warehouse. Any DVD-Audio Disc, 5.1 Music Disc or CD+DVD product that has been opened is not returnable.

APPAREL
Any item that can be worn may be returned for a full refund only if the merchandise is damaged, lost, or received in error (wrong size, etc.). We will issue a return authorization number, (RA #) to ship back to us at no charge only if items were damaged. Buyer is responsible for shipping. All refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery date.

GIFT ITEMS
All gift and accessory items are guaranteed with a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery date. After 30 days, items purchased may be exchanged for equal or lesser value within 60 days of delivery date. Unless items arrive damaged or missing, buyer is responsible for shipping on all gift and accessory item returns, refunds or exchanges regardless when claim is made. New items will be shipped out once the original is returned to our warehouse and free from defects.

All DTS Store merchandise, including but not limited to CDs, apparel and gift items, are available to stock at hand. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice

Certain specials, online promotions, discontinued items, or items marked for clearance may not be covered under our return policy. Buyer will be clearly alerted prior to checkout of any sales that are final.

Refunds for all returned items will only be issued back to the credit card used for purchase after we receive the merchandise at our location in the same condition as originally shipped, the determination of which is in the sole discretion of DTS.

DELIVERY

Delivery time depends on choice of shipping method. USPS Priority Mail, USPS Global Express, and UPS Air services will expedite delivery. USPS Media Mail takes longer.

Void where prohibited, taxed, or otherwise restricted. Free Surround Music discs cannot be returned or exchanged at retailers. All sales under the promotion are final. Availability of titles is subject to stock levels at time of customer purchase. Surround sound music discs are only playable in DVD players. Playback of DTS soundtrack requires a DTS enabled receiver. This is an offer of DTS Entertainment.
